The measurement is easy and takes just a few minutes.
Please have a meter in cm and ask someone to help you for taking your measurements.
Be accurate in your measurements follow the instructions in each video.

Neck

To measure your neck :

- Place the tape measure on the widest part of your neck, just below your Adam's apple.
- Leave one finger between the tape measure and your neck.


Chest

- Place the tape measure on the widest part of your torso, usually the bottom of your pectoral muscles.
- Check that the tape measure is not crooked, and horizontally.


Stomach

- Place the tape measure on your shoulder joint, just before the descending part of your shoulder, precisely at the point where your shoulder measure was taken.
- Go down along your arm marking a curve level with your elbow. Take the measure precisely level with your wrist bone.

- Take the measurement level with your first thumb knuckle.

- Place the tape measure at belt level, lower it to a vertical position, then move it over your crotch.
- Take the measure of the other side also at belt level, the tape measure should be taut while keeping appropriate comfort around your crotch.
